Ordering Process
How should I create an account?
To create an account, click the Sign Up button at the top right corner and fill in your basic details. You’ll get access to order history, saved designs, and faster checkout.
How can I place an order with Loom Signs?
Browse through our product catalog.
Select your desired sign type.
Customize it using our design tool.
Add it to your cart.
Check out and make your payment.
Can I place an order without registering?
Yes! You’re welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional, but it does make it easier to track your orders and save your designs for later.
Can I modify my order after submission?
Yes, you can make changes within 2 hours of placing your order. Just reach out to our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, it may already be in production and no longer eligible for cancellation.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed, our process begins right away:
Our design team carefully reviews your file.
If the quality isn’t ideal, we’ll reach out for a higher-resolution version.
If that’s not available, our team will enhance it to the best possible standard.
Once approved, we move forward with production.
Your sign is then carefully packaged and shipped straight to your door.
Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation?
Check your spam folder or ensure your email was entered correctly. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
How do I know it’s safe to enter my credit card information?

Can I save my design and return later?
Of course. Just make sure you’re signed into your account to save your work.
What if I can’t design my sign on my own? Can you help?
Yes! Our support team and designers are here to assist you at no extra cost.
What if I entered the wrong information on my design?
Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t gone into production, we’ll make the correction for you.
Shipping
Shipping is fast and secure. Costs and delivery time depend on the product and your location. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
All signs are custom-made and therefore non-returnable. Refunds are possible only if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
