Loom Signs is a subsidiary of Square Signs, LLC. By accessing and using the Site and related services, including but not limited to the sale of Loom Signs products (“Products”) and services (“Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.

Loom Signs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on the Site, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software, and trademarks (“Content”), is the property of Loom Signs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any Content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Engage in any activity that is offensive, unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes upon any third-party rights.
• Upload or transmit any content that you do not have the right to use or distribute.
• Use the Site to create products that violate any law or regulations.

Loom Signs may terminate or suspend your access to the Site if you violate these Terms.

Loom Signs provides a range of custom signage products. You are responsible for ensuring that your designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. By submitting an order, you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for the design and content provided.

Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed through third-party payment processors, and we do not store payment information. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed prices, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Production begins once an order is confirmed, which occurs after:

• Completion of the order form.
• Submission of printing files (if applicable).
• Approval of design proofs (if applicable).
• Successful payment processing.

Turnaround time is measured in business days. Orders approved before 2:00 PM PT will enter production on the same business day. Orders approved after 2:00 PM PT will enter production the next business day.

Once production has started, cancellations are not allowed. You may cancel or modify your order prior to production, which begins approximately 2 hours after an order is placed.

All sales are final. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match the design proof, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We may issue a refund or reprint the product at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds for errors made in the design, including spelling mistakes or other inaccuracies. If you receive a damaged product, you must provide a photo of the product and packaging to claim a refund or replacement.

Loom Signs offers free ground shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S. For certain large products, shipping fees may apply. Delivery times vary based on order size, shipping method, and product type.

For orders outside the U.S. or those requiring special shipping, additional fees may apply. Shipping to Canada may incur customs clearance fees.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We are not responsible for design errors or spelling mistakes once a digital proof has been approved. Please review all proofs carefully before approval.

Due to monitor variations, colors on screen may differ from the final printed product. While we strive to match colors as closely as possible, we cannot guarantee exact color matching.

Except as prohibited by law, Loom Signs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. The sole remedy for any issues related to products or services is a refund or replacement, as described in these Terms.

You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Loom Signs reserves the right to terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any legal action arising from these Terms will be conducted in the appropriate courts in California.

Loom Signs is not liable for delays or failures in production or delivery due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
